Glacier Country Regional Tourism Commission (DBA Glacier County Tourism) is a nonprofit organization. It is the officially recognized tourism region for Western Montana and is tasked with effectively stewarding the region as a travel destination to Montana residents, domestic and international visitors including film production. The organization is dedicated to building public support around a shared vision for the destination—balance economic development, sustainable tourism and quality of life for our residents in addition to educating the public regarding the power of tourism. They strive to maintain and build balanced partnerships among 75+ communities in eight Western Montana counties (Flathead, Glacier, Lake, Lincoln, Mineral, Missoula, Ravalli, and Sanders), Glacier National Park, and other communities, businesses, organizations and governments.

Glacier Country Tourism is dedicated to providing high quality training to our communities, businesses and organizations in Western Montana.

Customer service training teaches valuable tools and skills to help create a positive experience for staff and customers. We partnered with the University of Montana AccelerateMT program to develop a robust training based on what businesses and employees are facing in a COVID-19/post-COVID-19 world. This program includes Train the Trainer and soon to come Customer Service Essentials and Conflict Management.
