Kristina focuses her practice on General Counsel Services, Corporate Law, and Real Estate. Specifically, Kristina assists clients with corporate formation, drafts and negotiates an array of contracts, handles commercial acquisitions and leasing, and offers a problem solving approach to provide white glove service to business owners and investors. She delivers practical and complete legal and business solutions tailored to the specific needs of individual and business clients.
Prior to starting her firm, Kristina worked at Alvarez Arrieta Diaz-Silveira LLP and served as Associate/Deputy General Counsel for Trump Dezer Development. On a daily basis, she managed the gambit of legal issues for over 150 entities and joint ventures, participated in major real estate acquisitions and developments from the due diligence phase to post-closing management, and spearheaded numerous complex business transactions. She streamlined processes, managed outside counsel, and eliminated inefficiencies, which had a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. Notable projects include: Trump Towers, Trump Palace, Trump Royale, Trump International Beach Resort and Spa, Porsche Design Tower Miami, Residences by Armani Casa, Intracoastal Mall, The Dezer Collection, and Powerline Industrial Center.
She has previous work experience in marketing, project management, and internal auditing with several large corporations such as Lufthansa AG, Siemens Corporation, and Norwegian Cruise Line. Kristina is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia. She attended the Shepard Broad Law Center, where she obtained a Juris Doctorate and also earned an MBA from the University of Miami with concentrations in Finance and International Business. Kristina was the recipient of the Daily Business Review’s 2015 “On the Rise” Award, was selected for the FAWL MAP Committee and Mentoring Committee in 2016, received Legal Elite’s 2017 Excellence Award for Commercial Acquisitions, and received the Super Lawyers Rising Stars Award in 2018 and 2019. In November 2017, Kristina was unanimously voted by the City of North Miami Beach to serve on the Planning and Zoning Board.
